We offer in-shop repair and retrofit services for used Alpacka Rafts. You must send your raft to us for repair, warranty, or retrofit service. Always CLEAN and DRY your raft before sending it in. Wet and/or dirty rafts will be assessed a cleaning fee of no less than $25.
Plan Ahead! Repairs and retrofits may take up to 3-4 weeks depending on the season! Springtime and early summer is the busiest time. If you need your raft sooner please call the shop to inquire about making special arrangements. 970-533-7119.
You may either place your service order online, or if you are unsure about what you need done to your boat – Contact Us to obtain an order number before returning any products for service and repair.
