Sponsorship & Donations

We’ve partnered with a variety of organizations and adventurers for over a decade. Outside of these existing partnerships we have a limited ability to provide support. We receive hundreds of requests each year from individuals and organizations doing incredibly inspiring work, so the more concise and professional your proposal, the more likely we will consider it. Please review the criteria below before submitting your request.

Sponsorship Requests

While we enjoy working with and supporting professional athletes you don’t have to be the adventurer of the year to get support; just inspire us with your story and your dreams. We do offer loaner boats to individuals or small groups going on unique adventures from time-to-time as well.

Please don’t make requests for any trip less than 90 days from when you contact us, no exceptions. Please allow 4-6 weeks for processing and response.

Successful sponsorship applicants will agree to share a mix of high-quality photographs, video clips, trip updates and gear reviews that Alpacka Raft can use for digital marketing—i.e. our website, blog, social media platforms and emails. We’ll also expect you to tag us on social media and use our hashtags, put our logo on your website/blog/video, and publicly acknowledge our support in any presentations you do about your adventure. If you’re down with all that, answer the questions below and fire an email off to marketing@alpackaraft.com.

  1. What is your contact information (name, address, email, phone number)?
  2. Names of other people on your expedition.
  3. Tell us about your trip, why you are going, and why we should support you.
  4. Timeline—when are you going and how long will you be out?
  5. Place – Where are you going?
  6. Gear—Which specific packrafts do you need?
  7. Why Alpacka Raft?
  8. Please list blogs, social media handles, etc. where you will promote Alpacka Raft.
  9. What other sponsors do you have?
  10. If you have photos or maps of your adventure, please include visual support for your application.

Donation Requests

Does your organization focus on protecting the places you love and play? If so, we provide donations to conservation-focused non-profit organizations for fundraisers, silent auctions and festivals. We’ve partnered with many of the same organizations for over a decade and outside of this have a limited ability to provide support. We give priority to National, Coloradan and Alaskan based nonprofits that promote recreation, protection, access and conservation of waterways and public lands.

Donation requests must be made 60 to 90 days in advance of your event or fundraiser. Please do not make donation requests for any event less than 60 days from when you submit the form, no exceptions. Please allow 4-6 weeks for processing.

Alpacka Raft appreciates all the volunteers, advocates, and passionate folks out there making their community, club, or organization stronger. We are like minded water and outdoors people with tons of respect for your efforts regardless of our ability to help with a donation.
