Packrafts

Born in Alaska, Built for the World

Our packrafts are light, rugged, hand-built boats.  Whether used for fishing a remote alpine lake, descending a famed backcountry river, or just exploring a little wetland on the side of the road, they make the joy and discovery of wilderness boating accessible.  We build them to be fun, and to last - all the way from the "back 40" to Antarctica.

"The invisible boat": Alpacka rafts are light, tough, packable, low-maintenance, quick to inflate, and intuitive to paddle.

A Packarafter's Pack: ULA has introduced the Epic, designed for packrafters.
