- Our experts will email you an invoice with a payment link. The build process begins when your order is paid;
- Start planning adventures. Custom Lab packrafts are built in small batches and typically take longer in production than standard boats. Check our production lead time chart for an estimated ship date.
Once your order has been paid, we do not accept any modifications, returns, or exchanges.
