At just 5.3oz (150g), the Scout Seat is a great way to add a little extra comfort to your ultralight Scout packraft. The seat will put you in a comfortable paddling position and keep you out of the water that pools in the bottom of the raft from paddle drips, waves, and rain. The seat attaches via a D-ring and toggle system. If you have a 2016 or earlier model, purchase the floor toggle that you can glue into the floor of your boat. If you have a 2017/2018 model, you can attach the D-ring to the grab loop in the floor with a piece of cord or small S-Biner.
Our Temper Assist Valve minimizes air loss while inflating and improves your ability to increase the air pressure in your packraft. It is not a true one-way valve that other inflatables may have, which requires a pump to engage the spring and allow air to pass through. The valve is a complement to our lightweight inflation bag and to the air capacity of your lungs.
